The PVC rubber has just the right amount of stiffness—it keeps its shape on my bag but doesn't feel brittle. At 0.84 by 1.18 inches, it's compact enough for a hat brim, and the extra loop field sheet makes mounting it worry-free.

The hook backing is a nice touch—it came with that extra loop field sheet so I could sew it onto my jacket without worrying about the Velcro scratching anything. The 3D rubber texture feels solid, and at less than an inch wide it sits perfectly on a chest rig without looking bulky.
